1. SHARE YOUR SUCCESS STORIES
There is no better way to illustrate to a potential client or potential member the collaboration that occurs among network members to meet client needs than through success stories. They are perhaps the most effective marketing tool for an organization such as ours, for both business development and recruitment. You can now submit success stories through the TIAG website. Please take a few minutes to tell us about a positive experience (or two!) that you have had with the network, including a referral experience, a story of collaboration to fulfill a client need, a conference or regional meeting experience, or any network-related experience. Click here to submit your success story. Or, call and tell us your story!
2. THE NEW TAG ACADEMY 2011
Beginning in 2011, TAG Academy will have a new look, a more user-friendly website, and a new format! To meet the needs of members around the world, we will now offer all of our courses exclusively as recorded downloads for only $50 USD each (prices will vary based on region). This means you can download a course at any time, and share it with everyone in your firm an unlimited number of times. Throughout the year we will add new courses to our already comprehensive library of 100+ courses. Look for full details early next year. Click here for more information.
3. UPDATE: TAGLAW SHOWS SUPPORT FOR JUSTICE IN RUSSIA
On December 16, 2010, the European Parliament passed a resolution calling for sanctions against the Russian officials responsible for the false arrest, torture and death of 37-year old Russian anti-corruption lawyer and former TAGLaw member Sergei Magnitsky. Click here to read more.
4. ADD LANGUAGE SKILLS TO YOUR PROFILE
We are pleased to announce a new search feature on the TIAG website. You can now search for member firms or accountants by language skill! Language skills can be searched on directly from the "Find an Accounting Firm/Accountant" page on the TIAG website. Be sure you and your firm can be found! To add language skills to your accounting firm and accountant profiles, follow the instructions for updating your firm profile or accountant profile (instructions in English; instructions in Spanish), and you will see a list of languages from which to choose within the update screen. If there is a language missing from the list, please let us know and we will add it for you.
You will need your Administration Section user name and password to update your profiles. If you need assistance in adding language skills or need your user name and password, please contact Chris Cervellera at ccervellera@tiagnet.com.
