Strategy Development and Execution: Shaping Up for Profitable Growth

Wherever the jurisdiction, moving a firm from point A to point B requires clear thinking and must be within the framework of a well thought out plan that accounts for people, clients, services, resources and funding. Likewise, running an accounting practice requires a balance of managerial skills applied to partners who not only deliver the services but also own the business. This session will examine how to combine these ingredients to create and enhance a successful firm, and consider the lessons to be drawn from independent practices which have followed this approach. 2. TIAG ANNUAL REVIEW 2010
We recently sent out our Annual Review for 2010. This document provides an overview of TIAG activities throughout 2010 and is useful for informing colleagues about TIAG. Click here to download the Annual Review.
3. TAG TAX SPECIALTY GROUP CONFERENCE IN LISBON
The TAG Tax conference will be held in conjunction with the TAGLaw European Regional Meeting in Lisbon on 18-19 March. Espanha, the conference hosts, have opened the conference to all TIAG and TAGLaw Tax Specialty Group members. The TAG Tax Group will meet on Friday, March 18 at 3:00 p.m. In addition to networking with your fellow TAG Tax Specialty Group members, the conference will provide an opportunity to attend valuable technical sessions during the TAGLaw meeting (click here to view the agenda). The TAG Tax Regional Conference is one more opportunity for members to further the goals of the specialty group and we sincerely hope that you will join us in Lisbon.
