"Great" and "Excellent" were the comments we received about our recent North American Best Practices Teleconference. Those who attended know why. Mike Platt of Inside Public Accounting highlighted their 2011 benchmarking survey, which is a roadmap for firm managers and partners. Mike delivered many useful ideas for firms based on the benchmarking data that they reviewed.
